Student presentations at Penn Museum

Margaret Corley and Andrea Spence-Aizenberg (Anthropology Ph.D. students), and two undergraduates, Michael Drake and Kelsi Schoenrock, presented yesterday their past summer research as part of the Penn Museum Scholars series.

Their lecture was entitled “Demography, Behavior and Hormones of Non-Human Primates in the Argentinian Chaco”.

PhD and Undergraduate advisees present on their summer research experiences in Formosa, Argentina as part of the Penn Museum Scholars series.

November 30 at 12:30 pm in Classroom 2, Penn Museum of Anthropology and Archeology. All are welcome!

This lecture is entitled “Demography, Behavior and Hormones of Non-Human Primates in the Argentinian Chaco”. Two PHD candidates, Margaret Corley and Andrea Spence-Aizenberg, and two undergraduates, Michael Drake and Kelsi Schoenrock, are speaking.

Congratulations to Dr. Claudia Valeggia, my wife and colleague, who was recently awarded the Presidential Early Career Awards for Scientists and Engineers. The award is the highest honor bestowed by the United States government on science and engineering professionals in the early stages of their independent research careers.

On October 14, Claudia received the award from President Obama for her work studying Life History Transitions among the Toba of Formosa, Argentina.
